Course Overview

In this 3 days course, you will get to create sustainable floral arrangements, learn the techniques to dried and pressed beautiful flowers.

Learning Outcomes  

Theory explanation sessions:   

  • Introduction of floristry tools required for dried, pressed and preserved flowers.

  • Care and maintenance of dried, pressed and preserved flowers

  • 4 season colour theory

Apply techniques with practical sessions:   

  • Pressed flower technique.

  • Dried flower technique.

  • Floral wiring and coiling techniques .

  • Quick & easy blooming technique for preserved standard rose.

Practical with demonstration and guidance arrangements:  

  • Preserved floral hamper

  • Posy bouquet

  • One sided preserved floral dome 

  • Floral basket  

  • Floral frame  

  • Floral jewellery box

SkillsFuture credit is not eligible for this course.

If you have an accompanying partner , you can start your own class with a minimum of 2 pax at any available date.

This course is comprised of clocking a total of approximately 15hours.

Upon completion of all lessons, an in-house certification will be awarded.

All materials and tools will be included and it is completely free for use. A total of 3 tool-kits and your works are allowed to bring home.

Flower & Ko®️ has a strict no-refund policy.

In the event of no show, or cancellation of lesson within 24hours, a make up lesson will be chargeable at $50 per pax per lesson.

Valid grounds accepted for replacement of lessons include: medical condition, overseas assignment or compassionate grounds. A medical certificate or any relevant document will have to be furnished. Once the date for a replacement lesson is confirmed, no further changes or deferment will be entertained. The learner is expected to attend classes punctually and there will be no replacement lesson(s) for any learner who is late or absent without valid reason.

It will be taken that learners of the class have understood and accepted the school terms and conditions before proceeding with any class.
