School Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or postponement of lesson

In the event of no show, or cancellation of lesson within 24hours, a make up lesson will be chargeable at $50 per pax per lesson. Flower & Ko®️ reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, replace instructors, refuse enrolment or expel any learner who misconducts themselves for any of their lessons.

Refund or replacement of lesson

Flower & Ko®️ has a strict no-refund policy. Valid grounds accepted for replacement of lessons include: medical condition, overseas assignment or compassionate grounds. A medical certificate or any relevant document will have to be furnished. Once the date for a replacement lesson is confirmed, no further changes or deferment will be entertained. The learner is expected to attend classes punctually and there will be no replacement lesson(s) for any learner who is late or absent without valid reason.

Photographs and videos

Photographs and/or videos will be taken of students during their flower courses. These photos may be used for our marketing materials or on our social media channels. Please let us know if you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos. We will always respect your decision not to be featured if this is your preference. If you take any photographs or video footage of you work and post them on social media, please credit us by using hashtags #flowerandko and tagging the School account - @flowerandko

All learners are not permitted to make any video/mobile recordings in class. We remain the sole owner of all content included on this site or in class, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and all Intellectual Property Rights associated. In no way should the terms be altered and/or reproduced in any other form without the prior written approval from Flower & Ko®. Flower &Ko®reserves all rights​ to amend the terms and conditions without any notice.
