Delivery Areas

We provide free delivery for minimum purchase of SGD45 (after any discount) to all locations in Singapore except to these areas: Tuas District, Airport Cargo, Alps Ave, PSA Terminals, SAF camps, Jurong Port, Prisons and Shipyards

Receipt of Deliveries

Recipient’s address and contact must be correct for delivery to take place is up-to-date and accurate. In places, such as hospitals and hotels that do not allow delivery directly to wards/rooms because of health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception or contact the recipient to collect his/her flowers at the reception counter.

We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to the recipients personally. If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is unavailable, we will leave it to the other person present.

In the event that no one is home to accept the delivery, we will call the recipient before leaving the flowers at the doorstep. We will also snap a picture and send to the intended recipient. We are not liable for the flowers from that point onwards. We are not liable for the flowers from that point onwards.

Notice of delivery

We will email the sender (based on the email provided by him/her) to notify him/her that the item has been delivered.

Delivery Schedule

We undertake to deliver from Monday to Sunday (except Public Holiday).

Delivery Time Slots

• 9am to 1pm (Monday to Saturday)

• 1pm to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

• 5pm to 9pm(Monday to Saturday)

• 9am to 3pm (Sunday)

There is only one delivery slot between 9am to 3pm for Sunday.

Squarespace

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

All prices shown on the site are in Singapore dollars.
